Copyright Reports

Effective September 28, 2026 · Early testing

Members may post only images, text, and other material they have the right to share. If you believe material on ProAtHeight infringes your copyright, email chris@proatheight.com. This is our current reporting contact for testing.

Send a detailed report

To help us identify and review the material, include:

  • Your name and contact information, including an email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works.
  • The URL or other precise location of the material on ProAtHeight.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We may ask for missing information, investigate, remove or restrict access to material, and notify the member who posted it. Misrepresentations in a report can have legal consequences.

If your material was removed

If you believe removal was a mistake or that you are authorized to post the material, reply to the notice or email the address above with the material’s location before removal, your contact details, and an explanation. For a formal DMCA counter-notification, the law also calls for a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court (or a district where the service provider may be found if you are outside the United States), acceptance of service of process from the claimant, and your signature. We will review the response and follow applicable procedures; restoration is not guaranteed.

Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances and keep records needed to administer this policy. We do not promise to review every member submission in advance.

DMCA agent status

The email above is a site reporting contact. We have not represented it as a registered designated agent. A formal U.S. DMCA safe harbor process requires additional operational steps, including public agent contact information and registration with the U.S. Copyright Office. We will update this page if a designated agent is registered.
